At the age of 22, Fernanda Tavares is no stranger to modeling. When she was only 9 years old she was doing small modeling jobs in her hometown of Grande do Norte, and at the age of 13 she won the Elite Look of the Year. She was invited to Sao Paulo by agents to pursue modeling a year later and she hasn't stopped working since.

Fernanda has posed for a large number of top modeling magazines, including Marie Claire (US, Italy, Brazil), Elle (France, Brazil, UK), Vogue (US, France, Germany, Italy), L'Officiel (France), Cosmopolitan (US, Brazil), Capricho (Brazil), Harper's Bazaar (US), and Allure (US).

Most of her employers are top designers: Chanel, Emanuel Ungaro, Herve Leger, Gianni Versace, Blumarine, Chloe, Christian LajOne of Fernanda's biggest contracts landed her $1 million dollars! She was signed to represent the fragrance Guerlain, for which she posed nude for the ad.

As one of the top models in the world, Fernanda was picked up by Victoria's Secret.
