Beautiful Daniela Pestova came from a well off family in a time of political choas in the former Czechoslovakia. Daniela originally planned on going to college after high school, but her life took a turn when she was 19. Daniela was at a movie theatre when she was asked to appear in a modeling contest. She won! Soon after she was sent off to Paris to sign with an agency.
Daniela realized that if she were to be successful at modeling she would have to get herself an American agent. In 1992, without speaking a word of English (but fluent in Italian, Russian, French and Czech), she moved to New York and ended up signing with Elite.
Her career took off! Daniela appeared on the covers of numerous fashion magazines, including Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and many more. In 1994, Daniela signed a major deal with L'Oreal to become a spokesperson and print model. She also began her long-running relationship with Victoria's Secret. In 1995 and 1998, Daniela graced the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue - a very prestigious and coveted honor.
Daniela Pestova has a son named Yannick who was born in 1996 (yummy mummy). The father was Daniela's husband Tomasso Buti, the former CEO of Fashion Caf. Luckily for the rest of the world, Daniela called it quits in 1998 and the two were divorced.
Nowadays, Daniela's at the top of her game. She presently has her own annual calendar and hopes to some day have many more children. Anyone willing to help her out?
