"Doritos Girl" Ali Landry was born and raised in seaside Breaux Bridge, Louisianna. During her childhood she was invovled in many activities including dance (ballet, tap), gymnastics, and swimming. Her fit body and stunning good looks earned her the title of Miss Louisiana and Miss USA in 1996.
Her career took a huge leap forward when she appeared in a 1998 Superbowl commercial for Doritos. I'm sure you all remember it: Two cool dudes try to impress her with their ability to catch chips in their mouths, but Ali outdoes them with a series of splits and leaps. She got such a reaction from the commercial that she was asked to do another one for the following Superbowl.
Ali now lives in L.A. and is focused on her career in acting/modeling for which she is represented by the William Morris Agency. She has had recurring roles on such shows as Pensacola: Wings of Gold, The Bold and the Beautiful, Sunset Beach, Clueless and Significant Others. When she is not acting Ali Landry enjoys the great outdoors and listening to Classic '70s rock. She was also named one of People Magazine's "Most Beautiful People" in 1998.
